The ombudsperson of the IRTG of CRC 1270 ELAINE serves as a confidential and impartial point of contact for doctoral researchers and postdoctoral researchers. The ombudsperson supports early-career researchers in addressing questions, concerns, and conflicts that may arise during their scientific work and professional development.

The IRTG ombudsperson acts independently and impartially. Matters are handled confidentially, and information is not shared with other parties without appropriate consideration of confidentiality and the circumstances of the case.
