A04 - Elektrisch leitfähige Multischichten für Oberflächen von Implantaten

Zusammenfassung des Arbeitsprogramms

Um die Wirkung elektrischer Stimuli auf Zelladhäsion und -wachstum besser zu verstehen, sollen viele Zellen gleichzeitig denselben elektrischen Stimuli ausgesetzt werden. Die Zellen wachsen auf großen (Quadratzentimeter) Oberflächen, die mit ultradünnen, elektrisch leitfähigen Multischichten funktionalisiert wurden. Die Multischichten werden durch sequentielle Adsorption entgegengesetzt geladener Polymere und elektrisch leitfähiger Nanopartikel hergestellt. Die Adsorptionssequenz der verschiedenen Nanokomposite bestimmt die Eigenschaften des Films.
