At the Collaborative Research Center 1270 ELAINE, ombudspersons are available to all members as trusted points of contact. They provide support with questions, problems, or conflicts within the research projects and promote a respectful, transparent, and fair working environment.

The ombudspersons operate independently and handle all matters confidentially. They offer a neutral point of contact for scientific and organizational issues, help clarify misunderstandings, and mediate between parties to find constructive solutions.
