On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, Prof. Dr. Rainer Bader, from the Department of Orthopaedics at Universitätsmedizin Rostock and deputy spokesperson of CRC 1270 ELAINE, delivered an insightful lecture as part of the Rostock Senior Academy (Rostocker Seniorenakademie, www.rsa.uni-rostock.de) lecture series.
His talk, titled “Biophysical Stimulation of Cells and Tissues for the Treatment of Cartilage Damage and Bone Defects,” showcased current research from CRC 1270 ELAINE, focusing on innovative approaches to bone and cartilage regeneration through biophysical stimulation techniques.
